The Secor is at it again- consistently coming at us with new, interesting exhibits, and worthwhile openings. Artists from Detroit Industrial Projects will be visiting throughout the month of June to collaborate will Toledo-based artists for an installation "representing the connectivity between development and re-urbanism occurring in both Detroit and Toledo. "
The piece will be made using rubble, trash, and found objects from the two cities, so I'm hoping for a giant swimming pool of Toledo Storm gear I'm allowed to swim in. Opening reception is June 14, with music from The Drawers.
