Toboggan has a confession to make. A couple weeks ago I posted about a Radcliffe Bailey visit to the Museum. Toboggan found out last minute that the visit had been cancelled, but went ahead with the post anyway- because frankly, you need to visit your Museum. I've already worn out the beads on my rosary about it, and I'm sorry.
Now the good news. There WILL be a talk with Radcliffe Bailey tomorrow (Friday, the 7th). Same place as before, same time as before. Just to be completely honest with you this time, the weather is supposed to get pretty NW Ohio-ish, so there is a chance for another cancellation. When in doubt, call ahead.

Radcliffe Bailey Visit
This Friday the Museum will host Radcliffe Bailey, it's second GAPP (Guest Artist Pavilion Project) artist. Known primarily for his painting and mixed media work, the project has expanded to include non-glass artists who wish to incorporate the medium into their art.
Immediately following a talk from Amy Gilman, associate curator of modern and contemporary art, Bailey will introduce visitors to his work, as well as share his vision for the second GAPP project. This not-to-be-missed program starts at 7:30 in Libbey Court.
